Advertising & Sponsorship

Due to our commitment to serving our community through connecting businesses and building relationships we have developed several opportunities in which our member businesses can benefit through program/event sponsorship, donations, and advertisement opportunities.  As our members prepare budgets for the upcoming year, use this section as a resource to see how your business can utilize some of our outstanding options to share your message with over 1200 other member businesses.

Advertisement Opportunities:

Email Advertisements:

• $200/month includes - 2x3 inch priority ads (limit 2 non-competing businesses/month), guarantee of 5 email blasts/month (through monthly Business Bytes newsletter and Weekly Chamber Update) reaching over 8,000 Chamber member inboxes, ad can link to website, email or pdf file.
• $100/month includes – 2x1.5 inch ad (limit 4 non-competing businesses/month), guarantee of 5 email blasts/month reaching over 8,000 Chamber member inboxes, ad can link to website, email or pdf file.

Online Advertisements:

• $500/month includes – 7x1 inch Homepage Banner ad (limit 3 non-competing business/month), able to resubmit artwork throughout the month, ad can link to website, email or pdf file.  Banner ad will rotate on the page with a maximum of 2 other advertisers.
• $250/month includes – 4x1 inch Homepage Banner ad (limit 3 non-competing businesses/month), able to resubmit artwork throughout the month, ad can link to website, email or pdf file.  Banner ad will rotate on the page with a maximum of 2 other advertisers.
• $150/month includes – 7x1 inch Portal Banner ad located on specific page within website – your choice (limit 3 non-competing businesses/month), able to resubmit artwork throughout the month, ad can link to website, email or pdf file.  Banner ad will rotate on the page with a maximum of 2 other advertisers.
• $100/month includes – 4x1 inch Category Banner ad located on specific category page within the online business/membership directory – your choice (limit 3 non-competing businesses/month), able to resubmit artwork throughout the month, ad can link to website, email or pdf file.  Banner ad will rotate on the page with a maximum of 2 other advertisers.
• $50/year includes - Online Membership Directory Enhancement, add your company logo to your membership listing and a 25-50 word description of your business.

Event and Program Sponsorship Opportunities:

• Annual Breakfast – annual event with approx. 450 attendees
• GROW & reInvent… - annual business expo with approx. 300 attendees
• Lima YP Green Tie Affair – annual event with approx. 100 attendees
• Annual Awards Gala – annual event with approx. 400 attendees
• Chamber Golf Classic – annual event with approx. 240 golfers
• Putt Around Town – annual event NEW in 2010!
• ChamberFest – annual event with approx. 650 attendees
• Connections – quarterly event with approx. 75-100 attendees
• Lima Young Professionals – year-long program with approx. 110 members
• Wake, Rattle & Roll – monthly networking event with approx. 150 attendees
• Women In Business – quarterly program with approx. 70-90 attendees

• $400/year or $350/year with a 3-year contract
• 8 ½ x 11 full color ad displayed within the Chamber of Commerce lobby – limit 10 advertisers/year.
