Message from the Chair: Keith Horner, Apollo Career Center
Lima/Allen County has experienced remarkable progress—proof of what we can achieve through collaboration and unity. The Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce, alongside local agencies, businesses, and government officials, has demonstrated consistent dedication to making Lima/Allen County a vibrant place to live, work, and play.
This year marks a significant transition for the Chamber. After many years of outstanding leadership, Jed Metzger has retired as our CEO. Under Jed’s guidance, the Chamber has flourished, fostering business growth, advocacy, and community development. His vision and commitment have left a lasting legacy that will benefit our region for years to come.
As we celebrate Jed’s contributions, we are also excited to welcome Josh Unterbrink as the new CEO of the Lima/Allen County Chamber. Josh brings fresh perspectives and a passion for driving innovation and growth. We are confident his leadership will strengthen our mission to serve, represent, and enhance business growth and success for all members.
The Chamber remains focused on helping businesses tackle the challenges of today while building for tomorrow. Our priorities include Small Business Development, Membership Development, Workforce Development, Program and Event Development, Legislative/Small Business Advocacy, and Community Development with an emphasis on economic impact.
With nearly 900 members, the Lima/Allen County Chamber is strong in numbers—but even stronger when we unite our talents and time to support one another. As we move forward into 2025, we are committed to building on our shared successes, fostering collaboration, and driving growth within our community under the capable leadership of Josh Unterbrink.
Thank you for your partnership in making Lima/Allen County an exceptional place to thrive.
