Professional Development:

The educational arm of the Lima YP.  Monthly luncheons are developed to help skills building for our YPs, address relative community hot topics, learn about specific industries or tour local businesses.  This committee arranges community leaders to speak on each month’s theme, secures a location which coincides with the speaker and topic, as well as obtains lunch donations.  This committee places our YPs in the heart of the community by showing them what is in their own “backyard.”
