Smith, Warnecke, Meredith & Clark Law LLC is formed by the merger of the firms Cory, Meredith, Witter & Smith and Clark & Warnecke Law LLC (formerly Shenk & Clark). Benchmark Title LLC is the result of the merger between Northwest Title and Benchmark Title Services LLC.
The original founding members of Smith, Warnecke, Meredith & Clark Law began representing clients in Northwest Ohio in 1896.
